I am a current VIP Member do I have to sign up again?
Yes, simply sign up for a new mobile VIP account and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your points and VIP information transferred. Point transfers take 12-14 days.
When do I need to scan the code to get my VIP points?
You need to scan the code on your receipt before your check is closed to add your VIP points. If you are using our Mobile Pay feature the points will be added automatically when you scan the code to pay your bill.
Do I have to have a “smart phone”?
Yes, you will need to have either an iPhone® or Android™ phone for our App as it was the only way we could offer a secure and fast way for guests to pay and track their VIP rewards progress on one device/app.
Do I have to become a member or signup to use the App?
No, however you will not be able to access all of the features that are integrated into the SBH App including Mobile Pay. Signing up is very easy. All we ask for are your first and last name, email address, phone number and birthday (you will receive a reward for your birthday).
What is Mobile Pay?
Mobile Pay is a built in feature of the SBH App for iPhone® and Android™, enabling you to pay and leave a tip for your server/bartender right from your phone.
How do I access Mobile Pay?
Mobile Pay is an integrated feature of the SBH App. Once you have downloaded the app and signed up you will be able to access this feature. All you will have to do is select Mobile Pay on the home screen of the app and then select Mobile Pay + Earn Points then the app will ask you to scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt. The next screen will prompt you for the tip and ask you to sign and then select PAY.
Can I get an e-mail receipt as well?
When you pay with the SBH App, you immediately receive an emailed receipt, even if you opted out of push-notifications. It details your order total and any credit that was applied to the purchase.
How do I tip my server?
Guests can set their desired tip (via percentage or entering the amount) before completing their transaction during the Mobile Pay Process.
How do I become a VIP member?
Our VIP program is a free program and when you sign up on the SBH App you become an automatic member of the program.
How do I earn VIP points for my transactions?
Your VIP rewards are automatically added to your account when you use our Mobile Pay feature. If you choose not to use our Mobile Pay feature you can still get your points by simply selecting Earn Points Only and then scan the QR code at the bottom of the receipt to add your points to your account.
Can I track my Rewards progress in the app?
Open the app and select VIP REWARDS. Within that screen, it shows how you are progressing towards your next reward. At the bottom of that screen, you can select View Rewards which will show the rewards accumulated and available for the next transaction.
Can I see/track my purchase history?
Yes! To view your transactions on the app, select INFO and then select View Your Purchase Activity.
How do you use my personal information?
We are extremely cautious with your personal information. We are sure to guard your data with industry leading practices, such as ensuring your payment credentials (such as a credit card number) are never stored on the phone, but rather secured at a 3rd party payment processor.
Why do I have to provide a credit or debit card for payment?
We ask for your payment information so that we can offer you a fast, secure way to pay and earn rewards with every purchase and pay via mobile payment.
Can I use Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Android Pay?
Currently, the SBH App does not support these type of mobile payments. However, stay tuned because we are working on this and it will be a feature in a future update.
How can I reach customer support?
Please contact the store directly with any comments about the food, service, etc. For any comments/questions/issues associated with the Rewards program, you can email us directly at email@example.com. If you would like to leave us comments regarding our restaurants you can email us at scottysbrewhouse.com/comments.
Can I capture my Rewards if I forgot or lost my phone or for some other reason can't access the app?
Yes! Contact our support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and they can help issue you credit. You will need to prove the purchase with a receipt image and provide an explanation. Please don’t make this a habit, as we might suspect fraudulent behavior and temporarily pause your account!
How do I reset my password?
Go to the settings screen (the button that looks like a gear in the upper right hand corner of the info screen) and select “Update Account.”
How do I manage my profile?
Go to the settings screen (the button that looks like a gear in the upper right hand corner of the info screen) and select My Profile. From here you can change your profile parameters/fields, which take effect near-immediately.
Is the SBH App secure?
Yes! We take security of your personal information very seriously. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers or on your phone. Additionally, we never sell your personal information to third parties, including businesses that work with our outside vendors.
