We are in the thick of it, training our newest additions to the
Scotty's family to create our raving fan atmosphere. As the
building starts to take shape, "training is underway and is
progressing very well. The staff is going through the training with
success. They are really excited, and anxious to provide the best
possible service to our guests," said Steve Schwartz, Assistant
Manager of Scotty's Burger Joint.

Schwartz is a Columbus native and jumped at the chance to work
for the Scotty's organization. "My favorite thing about this
company is its vision. I have been a long time believer in the
"ultimate guest service" and it is something I instill in myself as
well as my staff. Scotty's knows this and does many things to drive
this. The passion the company has in instilling this into each and
every staff member is far above and beyond," said Schwartz.
If you are like some of us, before we decided to open this store
we had no idea where Columbus was. Soon we found out that it is a
hidden gem in southern Indiana. "Columbus is an extremely diverse
demographic which is filled with rich history. It is one of the top
cities in the nation, in regards to architecture. They have been
featured in many publications as well as news channels. Extremely
family oriented to the point they built a multi-million dollar
playground in downtown in the same building as we are located,"
said Schwartz.
