If you live in the Broad Ripple area, you now have a new
option for food delivery as Thr3e Wise Men Brewing Company has
begun to deliver their pizza, famous wings, dill chips and even
their own brewed beer.
Thr3e Wise Men has evolved a lot over the 1st year of
operations from being the home of the Scotty's executive team, who
had to move out after only 6 months because of growth, to now
doubling the brewing capacity to meet the demands their customers.
Thr3e Wise Men will also begin delivering their beer to all the
Scotty's concepts beginning in June.
"We have heard comments for the last year about how people
wished we would deliver," said John Cavanaugh, Vice President of
Operations. "We felt at this time we had a good control of the
restaurant and brewing operations and we could expand by offering
the delivery service."
One thing that sets Thr3e Wise Men apart from other delivery
services is their ability to deliver beer in their growlers. (A
growler is a 64-ounce bottle of beer) Customers may order up to two
growlers with their delivery order. At the present time growlers
for delivery have to be new purchases, not refills. Thr3e Wise Men
does have plans to develop an option where old growlers can be
returned for some kind of cash discount incentive on food. This
option will come after several weeks of working
through the initial delivery process.
"We feel this can give us a huge advantage in the delivery
market in the area," said Chris Parisi, General Manager of Thr3e
Wise Men. "Now you can get your pizza and beer all in one order and
not even have to leave your home."
The only day growlers cannot be delivered is Sunday based on
the current Indiana alcohol laws, however they can be sold for
carryout every day of the week.
For the last week Thr3e Wise Men has been running tests to
make sure they had covered all the bases when it came to branching
out to delivery. Customers who are VIP cardholders were able to
register online to test the service. Each customer who was accepted
into the test received a $30 credit on their VIP card to test the

Jon Fitrzyk, Director of IT, was a key part in the delivery
roll out. "We had to test this process for a few days, just to make
sure we had all the kinks ironed out. Luckily we have great
customers who helped us test this by completing surveys after their
orders to receive the $30 credits."
The official launch of delivery for the general public kicked
off Monday, April 30th. Customers can simply call the store at
317-255-5151 to place a carryout order. To kick off their delivery

Thr3e Wise Men is delivering to a 3-mile radius from the
store. Delivery starts at 5pm and ends at 11pm every day of
the week.
"We wanted to start out with a good-sized delivery area, and
we will take some time and monitor whether we need to expand it or
not," said Scott Wise, President and CEO. "And unfortunately the
answer is no, for those that have asked via Twitter, you can't
drive your care within the radius, park and have us deliver to your
car."
